On-Ramp Program
Open to all students, this class will follow a four week curriculum made to introduce newer students to the basics, and prepare them for working into the rest of our classes.

Fundamentals
Open to all students, this class will focus on fundamental combinations, pad holding, and drills. *BRING ALL GEAR TO CLASS*
Tuesdays
7am – 8am
Padwork
Open to all students, this streamlined class will allow students to get a fast paced workout while improving their pad-holding and striking skills.

Juniors Fundamentals
Junior Jump Off
This time slot is for Juniors fundamentals and will introduce and reinforce the basics of Muay Thai and self-defense.
First time Juniors Jump Off students will also receive their first one-on-one class on Tuesdays at this time.

Short Range
Knees, elbows, clinch. This class will focus on the shorter range tools unique to Muay Thai.

Wednesdays

Technical Sparring
Our weekly technical sparring session will focus on high volume, low intensity sparring. Longer rounds will allow students to focus on technique while testing out new strategies.

Thursdays
7am - 7:45am
Heavybag Class
Open to all levels. This compact class will give students the chance to get an efficient bag workout while refining their striking techniques.
CLASS SIZE IS LIMITED.

Advanced
Advanced drills and sparring. Recommended for experienced students only. This fast-paced class is composed of drilling, advanced pad holding, and technical sparring.

Juniors Fundamentals
This class will build on the skills learned in our Jump Off program, and will introduce more advanced skills such as free sparring and clinching.
Juniors Jump-Off program or equivalent is a pre-requisite to attend this class.
Saturdays
10am – 11am

Office Hours
Open to all students, this class block will follow an open mat format and will also be used to host a rotating series of focused tutorials such as handwrapping, dynamic stretching, or mental preparation. See the front desk or inquire via Email for the most current schedule.

Sparring Class
Open to all students, this structured sparring session will allow students to apply new techniques and strategies in a safe environment.

VISITOR POLICY: We welcome experienced visitors from other gyms. Planning to visit? It’s helpful to know if you’re coming. Please contact us via the information below.
Our drop in rate is $20 per day, cash or Venmo.
For the safety of everyone, first time visitors will NOT be allowed to free spar, so please plan accordingly. After a first initial visit, sparring may be allowed at the instructor’s discretion.
